New collections from OTBDS and Viva Artistry

I've been having a lot of fun the last few days with the newest goodies from Viva Artistry @ SBG and Altered Amanda's Studio @ OTBDS. And of course i ended up with some cool pages !!!

Let's start with the latest from Altered Amanda's Studio (former Outside The Box Design Studio). Amanda has 2 new kits in store that match together in this collection: Daydreams & Night Visions - Part I and II. I simply love the colors in these kits and it's a topic that's close to my heart: Dreams !! Amanda writes: "STOP Daydreaming!!! "   was a constant drone of one of my childhood teachers. I also used Book Club: The Classics Set from Studio Unica on one of my pages. Book Club is a collection of, sometimes funny, sometimes thought-provoking book quote labels from a variety of inspiring books.
The Classics brings you quotes from various worldwide classics. This great set is available at SBG HERE.

Some pages i made with the newest goodies from SAS

Today i would like to share some new pages i made with the amazing new goodies available at ScrapArtStudio.

The first kit i used is the Cool Daze Bundle from Aria. I just love the beautiful soft colors here reminicent of a cool summer day! You can have some cool summer fun with this bundle and have fun creating a vacation layout, a journal about travel, or your gardening experiences or make a scenic or AJ page, like i did. This kit is perfect for all your creative outlets and has the ideal colors for it !

I usually get inspired by nature and like to use that feeling when i meditate.

The 2nd kit i worked with is Leap Fearlessly from Angie Young. I just love her style and the topics of her kits !!! This one is another real gem and perfect for AJ and scrapbooking alike. It challenges you to take a look at yourself and take chances. Included are 9 papers and 50 elements to use in your art journal, scrapbooking, altered art, collage, and other digital and hybrid projects.

This page happened by accident as i discovered this kit worked perfect for some halloween pictures from last year i had on my pc.

LEAP NOW:
Some inspiration for myself, reminding me to never fear jumping into new things !

Finally, i made another page with The Music In Me by Courtney's Digiscrappin' @ SAS (also check out my previous post HERE for more information about this wonderful alliance kit).
This is my entry for the September 2013 Artlift Challenge at SAS and i also used Music in Me from GreenEyedLady Design on this page (also available at SAS).

Yep, i'm back with some new goodies and the pages i made with them !!!

OK, got some new pages to show you. I've been playing around with some of the latest new goodies from OTBDS and Viva Artistry and having a lot of fun at it !!!

The new OTBDS kit i worked with is called By The Numbers. This set consists of an Art Journal Paper Pack, Number Tags, Typography Pack, Accent Packs I & II & Mixed Media Overlays.
By The Numbers is part of The Fix at DSA, Group Therapy's Life-Defined project September 2013, and it's available HERE.

I also worked with the newest Viva Artistry kits. First i made a little fun page with GAME OVER.
Remember video games and pinball? Remember the fun of going to the arcade? Here is a kit for just that. A reminiscing of fun times playing games. But work it your way. It's bright, cheerful, and happy.
This kit includes: 11 papers, 36 elements, 1 set alpha (uppercase and numbers).

And last but certainly not least, i had a real good time with Viva Artistry's latest collection Vedana.
Vedana in Sanskrit is a Buddhist term traditionally translated as either a feeling or sensation. And here are kits based on the feelings of ecstasy, longing, and mystery. The intensity of feelings and sensation are all individualistic as are the expressions of art. Use these kits to convey your own senses.
The collection includes: Mystere kit, Longing kit, Ecstasy kit and Misty Paint kit. (in total 81 elements & 15 papers). I made a page with each of the kits and used the Misty Paint kit on all 3 pages.

My new pages with SAS Colorplay 13 and i've been published !!!

Hi everyone. I'm sorry i haven't been around much to update my blog, but i've been feeling really ill. I've mentioned it before but it's been really up and down with an all time low this August. Now i'm glad to say i'm feeling a bit better (although not great yet) but well enough to do a few new pages (so glad i'm back behind my pc just having some fun !!) and wanted to share them with you.

But first some great news. I've been published for the very first time (YEAHHHH !!!) in this months' issue of Somerset Digital Studio by Stampington !! I'm proud to say they did a full feature and picked 6 of my pages. If you want to check it out for yourself you can go HERE.

Furthermore i've been playing with the SAS Colorplay 13 bundles of Cilenia Curtis, GreenEyedLady Designs and Courtney's Digiscrappin' and having a lot of fun finally creating some new pages.
